SensoTech opens subsidiary in the U.S.

The SensoTech GmbH (Magdeburg–Barleben, Germany; www.sensotech.com) extends its market presence in North America with a new U.S. subsidiary and thereby reinforces significantly its globally networked team of sales and service staff. As a subsidiary of the German SensoTech GmbH, SensoTech Inc., which is located in Wayne, New Jersey, closely works together with already existing sales representatives of the U.S. market.

Strategically, the U.S. is an important location for SensoTech. With the foundation of the subsidiary, the company responses to a high demand for the LiquiSonic analyzer for concentration and density measurement in the industrial and the research sector. In order to ensure direct and comprehensive customer support, all sales activities in the region will be operated directly from the American subsidiary. A consistent tranfer of know-how and corporate identity of the German headquarter to the SensoTech Inc. will guarantee local competencies and customer satisfaction on a high level. 

Moreover, the entire LiquiSonic product portfolio that is used in multiple industries for concentration monitoring of liquids in processes will be offered in the U.S. market. Thus, market penetration efforts will for instance focus on chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical processes, food production or steel and automotive industry.

“The local presence and proximity to customers are key factors for effective consultation and services. Through our new office, we are not only expanding our position in the American market, but also able to provide a better support for our customers on a local basis in terms of commercial and technical matters,” says Mathias Bode, CEO.

For the future, SensoTech is planning to open further subsidiaries as a strategic addition to the existing global network of sales representatives. This allows a direct access to other international markets, such as China, and drives business growth forward by expanding international activities.
