This conveyor is designed for sanitary duty
The P-Series Venturi Loaders are designed specifically for conveying powders in sanitary food, pharmaceutical and chemical applications. The P-Series products can be used for loading hoppers, as well as for loss-in-weight feeder-refill applications. The efficient and compact venturi power unit uses compressed air to create its vacuum convey source, which eliminates the need for a separate blower package. It is more economical for applications requiring a lower conveying rate over shorter distances, says the company. The modular construction and sanitary design, without dead spaces, allow for easy disassembly and cleaning of the stainless-steel surfaces. — K-Tron, Salina, Kan.
