Optimize dust-free material flow with this unloading station

The BBUone is a bulk-bag unloading station that is designed for dust-free material flow from the bag to the vacuum conveyor. The BBUone has modular components and a host of optional features for different production requirements. It has a 2-ton capacity, a low-profile pickup, and patent-pending dust-tight connector that keeps product flow contained and prevents dirt and other waste material that has collected on the underside of the bulk bag from entering the product flow. The BBUone comes in two versions – the fork-lift and the hoist. It can be customized with frame-extension sets and electric chain hoists with passive or active crab mechanisms, the company says. Other options include massaging paddles, material agitators, material de-lumpers and others. — Volkmann Inc., Hainesport, N.J.
