Inline control of cleaner concentration and rinsing baths
The inline analyzer, Liquisonic can be used for the reliable and economical operation of processes for cleaning surfaces. The sensor of the system continuously measures the cleaner concentration directly in the process, thereby ensuring that the values will not exceed or fall below the predefined limits. The LiquiSonic system enables the control of the change of rinse baths in a targeted way, thus preventing bath changes from occurring too early or too late. Concentration determination is based on sonic velocity measurement, and provides precise and reliable measured values. The stainless-steel device operates completely maintenance-free, says the manufacturer. — SensoTech GmbH, Magdeburg-Barleben, Germany
