If you need clean, dry steam, use this filter
The SF1 is a stainless-steel separator-filter that is designed to remove condensate and particulate matter, such as dirt and scale, from steam or inert gas. The SF1 is ideal for situations where dry, dust-free steam or inert gas is required, the company says, including in food processing, hospital sterilization, pharmaceutical and chemical applications. The SF1 separator-filter is available in 0.5-, 2- and 5-μm sizes up to 2-in. NPT (national pipe thread). The SF1 features a corrosion-resistant body, a high-efficiency cyclone separator, and a five-layer sintered wire-mesh filter that facilities cleaning by trapping dirt on the outside. — TLV Corp., Charlotte, N.C.
