Accurate machinery alignment in rough field conditions
The newly launched sensALIGN is an intelligent sensor system for machinery alignment. By incorporating the patented intelligent-sensor technology from a partner into its own platform, this company offers 100% accuracy (0% accuracy loss), guaranteed, it says. The seneALIGN unit automatically considers the ambient vibration, acceleration of rotation, backlash, rotational speed and other factors in determining a quality factor (QF) of alignment readings, even in the harshest field conditions. The company says this makes the system ideal for longterm, standalone monitoring of machine positional change, as well as everyday shaft alignment. The unit also has an improved user interface. — Ludeca Inc., Doral, Fla.
